Our recruiting firm is partnering with a well-known and admired auto dealership company headquartered in West Palm Beach, to find them a Billing Clerk. This organization has great benefits and offers a casual work environment with benefits that includes a 401k with company match.

This is a temp to hire opportunity ideal for someone not currently working as the organization is looking to urgently fill the role. The pay range is between $20-$24 per hour to start, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and approve all invoices accurately and according to deadline
• Collect and track all customer information including contract information
• Update client billing records and credit memos
• Act as a contact person for department for assigned billing issues

Qualifications:

• Some experience handling billing and invoicing tasks for an auto dealership is required
• High School diploma
• Basic Excel skills
• Commute comfortably to office in West Palm Beach daily
